It was nice to see so many people having a good time. I had a good time watching the tubers. Here is a picture of my dear friend Joyce. We along with a lot of her and Pat&#8217;s friends we watched the fireworks from their deck. I already miss Joyce and Pat.  Pat best wishes on your Triple Bypass 130 mile bike ride! <\/p>\n<p> Allen and I said goodbye to Golden today and Allen drove the windy mountain pass through Durango around 12,000 feet along Clear Creek.  I rather would have had the experience on my bike than a passenger, but I don&#8217;t think bikes are allowed on the route.  I was a little scared in the passenger seat on the high narrow road and ducked my head, shut my eyes and patted my chest a few times. <\/p>\n<p> No Crossfit for a few days.
